It was the day we were waiting for! We were so excited for John to finally get to marry the girl of his dreams! And Brian was especially excited to be the ring bearer. He had started practicing in October carrying his plastic spider ring on a pillow! He was quite disappointed, however, to discover he was the ring bearer in name only. But that was OK because he got to walk down the isle with cousin Meghan as flower girl. Michael was proud to help out at the lemonade table. They were both so proud to show off their suits newly purchased just for this occassion--and my did they look handsome! (And no, we could not talk Matt into a suit...surprise, surprise!)The wedding was held at the beautiful O'Shannessy Hall. It was so fun to see how happy my little brother was and has been since the day he met Lisa. The kids' favorite part was the dancing. Brian had picked up some great dancing moves at cousin Chris and Ashley's wedding back in December. He was waiting for just the right moment to show off his stuff on the dance floor! It was lots of fun to get to see friends and family that I had not seen in many years.
